Организация воспитательной работы с осужденными к лишению свободы: актуальные зарубежные практики и инициативы

Статья рассматривает современные практики исправительного воздействия на разные категории осужденных в развитых странах, таких как Англия, Швейцария и США. Особое внимание уделено правовому регулированию рассматриваемого вопроса. Проведен анализ международных нормативных актов, среди которых Минимальные стандартные правила ООН в отношении обращения с заключенными, а также Пекинские и Бангкокские правила. Раскрыты различные формы организации воспитательной работы, направленные на развитие интеллектуальной, духовно-нравственной и социальной сфер жизни осужденных с целью их успешной ресоциализации после освобождения. В частности, описан опыт воспитательной работы с заключенными в рамках инициативных проектов «Teach First (Unlock‑ed)» и «Justice Art Coalition».

The article deals with modern practices of corrective influence on different categories of convicts in developed countries, such as England, Switzerland, Germany and the USA. Special attention is paid to the legal regulation of the issue under consideration. An analysis of international legal acts is conducted, including the United Nations Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, as well as the Beijing and Bangkok Rules. It has been revealed various forms of organizing educational work aimed at developing the intellectual, spiritual, moral and social spheres of life of convicts and ensuring their successful resocialization after release. In particular, the experience of corrective work with convicted persons within the framework of the initiative projects «Teach First (Unlock‑ed)» and «Justice Art Coalition» is described.
