В статье рассматривается роль обратной связи от студентов как инструмента совершенствования образовательного процесса в высшей школе. Анализируются механизмы сбора и использования обратной связи для модификации содержания учебных курсов, педагогических методик и форм организации обучения. Показано, что активное вовлечение студентов в процесс улучшения качества образования повышает их заинтересованность и вовлеченность в учебный процесс. Выявлены основные проблемы реализации системы обратной связи: формальный подход к проведению опросов, игнорирование полученных данных преподавателями, страх студентов давать откровенные оценки. Предложены решения данных проблем через создание безопасной среды для выражения мнений с использованием анонимных и открытых форм обратной связи. Обоснована необходимость перехода от эпизодических опросов к постоянной системе диалога между преподавателями и студентами как важнейшему элементу современной педагогики.

Student feedback is driving changes in instructors’ teaching strategies. This article examines how feedback is collected and how the data is then used to modify lesson content, teaching methods, and learning strategies. Students are more engaged and engaged when they see that their comments and suggestions are taken into account when planning a course or individual lesson. However, several factors have been identified that hinder the expected results of feedback collection. Surveys are often conducted formally, without subsequent analysis; instructors ignore the data collected; and students avoid providing candid assessments for fear of impacting their grades. Solutions to these challenges are proposed, including creating a safe environment for expressing opinions through a combination of anonymous and open feedback forms. Students should be informed of any changes to the learning process based on student feedback. The key conclusion is the need to move from one-time surveys to an ongoing dialogue between faculty and students. This format of interaction is becoming an important part of modern university pedagogy and contributes to improving the quality of learning.
