В статье раскрывается сущность международной системы прав человека как самостоятельного правового явления, обосновывается необходимость ее разграничения со смежными категориями, в частности с международной системой защиты прав человека. В работе анализируются основные предпосылки возникновения международной системы прав человека и ее институциональное оформление после Второй мировой войны. В заключении освещаются современные вызовы, стоящие перед системой, и возможные сценарии ее дальнейшего развития.

The article reveals the essence of the international human rights system as an independent legal phenomenon, justifies the need to distinguish it from related categories, in particular with the international system of human rights protection. The paper analyzes the main prerequisites for the emergence of the international human rights system and its institutional design after the Second World War. In conclusion, the current challenges facing the system and possible scenarios for its further development are highlighted.
