Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу проблемы формирования психологической готовности сотрудников органов внутренних дел (ОВД) к деятельности в экстремальных условиях. Рассмотрены основные научные подходы к определению понятия «психологическая готовность», выделены ее структура, компоненты и факторы, влияющие на формирование. Особое внимание уделено педагогическим основам процесса подготовки, роли руководителя как субъекта управления и специфике экстремальных ситуаций в деятельности ОВД. Предложена авторская теоретическая модель педагогической системы формирования готовности, включающая мотивационный, когнитивный, операциональный и рефлексивный блоки. Сформулированы перспективные направления дальнейших исследований.

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the problem of forming the psychological readiness of internal affairs officers for activities in extreme conditions. The main scientific approaches to defining the concept of “psychological readiness” are considered, its structure, components and factors influencing the formation are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the pedagogical foundations of the training process, the role of the manager as a subject of management and the specifics of extreme situations in the activities of internal affairs bodies. The author’s theoretical model of the pedagogical system of readiness formation, including motivational, cognitive, operational and reflexive blocks, is proposed. Promising directions for further research are formulated.
