В своей статье авторы обращают внимание на то, что возвращение осужденных в общество после отбытия наказания является важным долгожданным событием. Мысль о том, что можно будет провести время со своей семьей, дарит надежду на лучшее будущее. В ходе исследования были выявлены проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются осужденные после освобождения: трудности с получением образования, сложности с трудоустройством, необходимость самостоятельно обеспечивать себя, а также безразличие со стороны близких и негативное отношение окружающих. В статье предложены эффективные пути решения этих проблем. В частности, рекомендуется внедрение программ, направленных на расширение экономических прав и возможностей, осужденных как в местах лишения свободы, так и после их освобождения. Также необходимо расширить ассортимент образовательных программ с учетом рыночных реалий. Поэтому исследовать данные вопросы необходимо для того, чтобы лучше понять жизнь бывших осужденных после их заключения, что способствует сообществу понять свою роль в успешном возвращении бывших осужденных в общество без рецидивов.

In their article, the authors draw attention to the fact that the return of convicts to society after serving their sentences is an important long-awaited event. The thought of spending time with your family gives you hope for a better future. The study revealed the problems faced by convicts after their release: difficulties in obtaining education, difficulties in finding employment, the need to provide for themselves, as well as indifference from relatives and the negative attitude of others. The article suggests effective ways to solve these problems. In particular, it is recommended to introduce programs aimed at expanding the economic rights and opportunities of convicts both in prison and after their release. It is also necessary to expand the range of educational programs, taking into account market realities. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate these issues in order to better understand the life of former convicts after their imprisonment, which helps the community to understand its role in the successful return of former convicts to society without recidivism.
