Работа рассматривает этапы регистрации фирменного наименования в странах ЕС. Особое внимание уделяется способам противодействия недобросовестным практикам, таким как вводящее в заблуждение использование, копирование и подделки, с учётом взаимодействия национальных законов и правоприменительных органов. Дальнейший фокус направлен на анализ судебных органов и их роль в разрешении споров, включая межгосударственные разногласия и национальные процедуры, что позволяет проследить эффективность внедрения директивных норм и выявить пробелы в их реализации. Особое значение придается изучению координат с международным правом, учитывая взаимосвязь европейских норм с Постановлениями Всемирной организации интеллектуальной собственности и договорными обязательствами.

The work examines the stages of registering a trade name in EU countries. Special attention is paid to ways of countering unfair practices, such as misleading use, copying and counterfeiting, taking into account the interaction of national laws and law enforcement agencies. Further focus is on the analysis of judicial bodies and their role in resolving disputes, including interstate disagreements and national procedures, which allows us to track the effectiveness of the implementation of directive norms and identify gaps in their implementation. Special attention is given to the study of the relationship with international law, taking into account the interconnection of European norms with the Regulations of the World Intellectual Property Organization and contractual obligations.
