В статье рассматриваются особенности психологической реабилитация сотрудников органов внутренних дел, участвовавших в выполнении задач в особых условиях, которые подверглись различным посттравматическим стрессовым расстройствам в результате воздействия профессиональных, социальных и организационных стрессоров. Анализируются организации, оказывающие такую помощь сотрудникам с учетом стадийности ее оказания в острой фазе, на этапе стабилизации и в целях долгосрочной реабилитации. Авторами выдвигаются обоснованные предложения по повышению эффективности прохождения психологической реабилитации.

This article examines the psychological rehabilitation of law enforcement officers who performed tasks under special conditions and suffered from various post-traumatic stress disorders as a result of exposure to professional, social, and organizational stressors. Organizations providing such assistance to officers are analyzed, taking into account the stages of its delivery: the acute phase, the stabilization phase, and long-term rehabilitation. The authors offer substantiated proposals for improving the effectiveness of psychological rehabilitation.
