Автором в статье частично проведен анализ законодательной базы отечественного законодательства по предупреждению преступлений несовершеннолетних и научных работ ученых юристов раскрывающих причины и условия совершенных преступлений несовершеннолетних. В статье представлены данные Генеральной прокуратуры РФ, судебной практики по преступлениям совершенных несовершеннолетними за последнее время, которые подтверждают высказывание Президента Российской Федерации В.В. Путина, на коллегии МВД РФ состоявшейся в марте т.г.

The author in the article partially carried out an analysis of the legislative base of domestic legislation on the prevention of crimes committed by minors and scientific works of legal scholars revealing the causes and conditions of committed crimes by minors. The article presents data of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, judicial practice on crimes committed by minors in recent times, which confirm the statement of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, at the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation held in March of this year.
