Система отношений в сфере семейно-бытовых отношений, предопределяет поведение членов семьи. Взаимодействуя с социальной средой, личность реагирует на предъявляемые ею требования. Интенсивность воздействия среды на индивида, характер требований и сама реакция личности на эти воздействия обусловливают содержание ее поступков, актов поведения, в том числе и противоправного. Определяющим в этом процессе, будет определение мотива преступного поведения, что и предопределило содержание настоящей статьи.

The system of relationships within the family and domestic sphere predetermines the behavior of family members. Interacting with the social environment, the individual responds to the demands it places on them. The intensity of the environment’s influence on the individual, the nature of the demands, and the individual’s response to these influences determine the content of their actions and behavioral acts, including unlawful ones. Determining the motive for criminal behavior is crucial in this process, which is the focus of this article.
