Целью исследования является выявление особенностей региональных механизмов регулирования биотехнологий на примере Европейского Союза и Андского Сообщества. Использованы сравнительно-правовой метод и методы анализа и синтеза. В результате исследования были выявлены основные черты правового регулирования биотехнологий в обоих интеграционных объединениях. Системы двух объединений имеют множество особенностей, делающих их уникальными. По-разному формируется и практика интеграционных судов.

The purpose of the study is to identify the specifics of regional biotechnological regulatory mechanisms using the example of the European Union and the Andean community. The comparative legal method and methods of analysis and synthesis are used. As a result of the study, the main features of the legal regulation of biotechnologies in both integration associations were identified. The systems of the two associations have many features that make them unique. The practice of integration courts is also shaped in different ways.
