В данной работе исследуются современные технологии, используемые в пенитенциарной системе, такие как системы видеонаблюдения, электронные системы мониторинга, а также искусственный интеллект и другие инновационные решения. Авторы подчеркивают, что в зарубежных странах внедрение новых технологий в процесс исполнения наказаний приобретает все большее значение. Это обусловлено необходимостью оптимизации контроля и надзора за осужденными, а также стремлением улучшить условия их содержания. Несмотря на преимущества, внедрение новых технологий сопряжено с рядом серьезных этических, правовых и социальных вызовов и проблем. К числу таких вызовов можно отнести вопросы финансирования цифровизации и профессиональной подготовки сотрудников к использованию инновационных решений. В свете этого была изучена новая технология, разрабатываемая для пенитенциарной системы, известная как Cognify. Эта технология может произвести настоящую революцию в системе уголовного правосудия, существенно снизив необходимость в длительном тюремном заключении и связанных с ним затратах.

This paper examines modern technologies used in the penitentiary system, such as video surveillance systems, electronic monitoring systems, as well as artificial intelligence and other innovative solutions. The authors emphasize that in foreign countries, the introduction of new technologies in the process of executing sentences is becoming increasingly important. This is due to the need to optimize the control and supervision of convicts, as well as the desire to improve their conditions of detention. Despite the advantages, the introduction of new technologies involves a number of serious ethical, legal and social challenges and problems. Such challenges include issues of financing digitalization and professional training of employees to use innovative solutions. In light of this, a new technology being developed for the penitentiary system, known as Cognify, was studied. This technology has the potential to revolutionize the criminal justice system by significantly reducing the need for long-term incarceration and the associated costs.
