Статья посвящена комплексному историко-правовому анализу развития института досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве в уголовном процессе. Автором исследуются правовые предпосылки происхождения, а также выделены ключевые этапы эволюции «сделок с правосудием» начиная от рассмотрения древнерусских источников Русской Правды до введения института Федеральным законом № 141-ФЗ. Выявляется преемственность правовых механизмов, основанных на признании вины и сотрудничестве со стороной обвинения, а также анализируется механизм эволюции в институт сокращенного производства.

The article is devoted to a comprehensive historical and legal analysis of the development of the institution of a pre-trial agreement on cooperation in the criminal process. The author examines the socio-legal prerequisites of origin, and also identifies the key stages in the evolution of “transactions with justice” ranging from the consideration of ancient Russian sources of Russian Truth to the introduction of the institute by Federal Law No. 141-FZ. The continuity of legal mechanisms based on confession of guilt and cooperation with the prosecution is revealed, and the mechanism of evolution into an institution of reduced production is analyzed.
