<p>This article examines the ethical issues surrounding the use of neurotechnology and artificial intelligence in forensic science. Primarily, the lack of regulatory framework for the collection and processing of sensitive data when creating training databases for neural networks. Uncontrolled handling of such data can lead to legal action against experts and subsequent tightening of regulations, hindering technological development. The ethical risks of using biodata are considered within the framework of human neurorights. At the international level, these issues are analyzed in the UNESCO Recommendations on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence. Numerous standards also exist regulating the use of artificial intelligence and neurotechnology in medicine. These standards take into account all stages of the development of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the specifics of interactions with individuals whose data is used for further analysis. Therefore, it is important to consider existing experience in medical research to ensure that the principles of forensic science are consistent with the challenges of the times.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>нейротехнологии</kwd><kwd>судебная экспертиза</kwd><kwd>стандарты</kwd><kwd>стандартные операционные процедуры</kwd><kwd>этические риски</kwd><kwd>нейроправа</kwd><kwd>биоданные</kwd><kwd>клинические испытания</kwd><kwd>базы данных</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>neurotechnology</kwd><kwd>forensic science</kwd><kwd>standards</kwd><kwd>standard operating procedures</kwd><kwd>ethical risks</kwd><kwd>neurolaw</kwd><kwd>biodata</kwd><kwd>clinical trials</kwd><kwd>databases</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[1] Рекомендации об этике искусственного интеллекта / [Электронный ресурс] // : [сайт]. — URL: https://unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0000381137 (date of access: 27.05.2026).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref2"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[2] Стандарты по направлению «Искусственный интеллект» / [Электронный ресурс] // : [сайт]. — URL: https://www.rst.gov.ru/portal/gost/home/standarts/aistandarts (дата обращения: 27.05.2026).</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="ref3"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[3] ГОСТ Р 53079.2-2008 Технологии лабораторные клинические.
