В статье рассматривается проблема эмоционального выгорания студентов последнего курса бакалавриата как значимого социально образовательного феномена. Анализируются основные факторы риска: учебная нагрузка, написание выпускной квалификационной работы, поиск работы и стажировок, неопределённость будущего, дисбаланс между учёбой и личной жизнью, академическая конкуренция и недостаток социальной поддержки. Описывается структура эмоционального выгорания на основе модели К. Маслач (эмоциональное истощение, деперсонализация, редукция профессиональных достижений). Приводятся данные отечественных и зарубежных исследований, подтверждающие рост уровня выгорания на завершающем этапе обучения. Обосновывается необходимость разработки профилактических мер и системы психологической поддержки для студентов выпускного курса с целью снижения негативных последствий выгорания и повышения качества образовательного процесса.

The article examines the problem of emotional burnout of undergraduate students as a significant socio-educational phenomenon. The main risk factors are analyzed: academic workload, writing final qualifying papers, job search and internships, uncertainty of the future, imbalance between studies and personal life, academic competition and lack of social support. The structure of emotional burnout is described on the basis of K. Maslach’s model (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of professional achievements). The data from domestic and foreign studies are presented, confirming the increase in the level of burnout at the final stage of training. The article substantiates the need to develop preventive measures and a system of psychological support for graduate students in order to reduce the negative effects of burnout and improve the quality of the educational process.
